C&L Thoroughbreds is located in Minden, Louisiana.  With 17 acres of pasture, we’re just 20 minutes east of Bossier City and Louisiana Downs.

We are a breeding farm, boarding thoroughbred broodmares.  We also have two great studs that stand at C & L. Half Fast George, by Silver Deputy out of Turkish Treasure, and Irish Bluff by Pine Bluff out of Irish Wave.

At C&L we are committed  to providing the best care.  We understand  investment of time and money and give that personal touch of one on one care.  Our  hope is that every new foal will be a runner.  We provide that most important first few months of  care until weened or all the way till they start training.

We live on our farm, and provide care 24/7.  With the help of our equine specialty vet (DVM Foster Lott), we can handle all horse needs.
